Children's Activities
Children’s activities will include scaled down versions of the heavy athletic games including the Caber toss and the Stone Put. Other games will include the Haggis Hurl and the Wellie Toss. Author Scotty Roberts will be on hand to read excerpts from his book, The Rollicking Adventures of Tam O’Hare. Play a game of Celtic or Tartan Memory, make potato putty, do some green marble painting, make a crown, get your face painted, or make a faerie house! Try out you luck in the coloring contest, the costume contest, or the most freckles contest!
Although the Children’s area is a great place to sit down and relax with the wee ones, please remember that the Faire does not provide babysitting or daycare. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
All Children’s Athletic Games held will be held in the Expo Addition, West of the main building.
