The Faire added 3 new events to the Faire line-up: The Wee Lad and Lass Contest, Children’s Highland Games. and the Empty Mugs Event, cosponsored by Empty Bowls Aberdeen, NESD Celtic Faire & Games and Finnegan’s Brewing Company which raised over $2,250 to support local food pantries.
Facebook fans number about 550 fans from 9 different countries with over 3500 interactions and shares between July and September in 2015.

The NESD Celtic Faire and Games is based in Aberdeen, South Dakota, and is held in the Holum Expo Building at the Brown County Fairgrounds. This event provides an exciting venue for all individuals who have any interest in Celtic heritage or history, arts, sports, dance, music, animals, and dog parade. The NESD Celtic Faire and Games is a 501 (c) (3) organization that is run solely by volunteers.
